Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer for an assignment with a larger public sector organization that is crucial to society. You will be part of a development team where you contribute your expertise in backend development and work according to agile principles. You will work as a developer in a cross-functional team responsible for the further development and management of mission-critical systems. The work is conducted according to an agile approach with a framework at scale.

Responsibilities

• Development in Java 8 or later
• Work in a Linux environment
• Container management in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
• Development with Spring Boot
• CI/CD work with Jenkins (or equivalent tools)
• Issue management and follow-up in JIRA
• Collaboration in an agile team

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Java development
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with Jenkins or Tekton

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Git
• Experience with agile methods or SAFe
• Experience as a Scrum Master
